Stephanie Parkin belongs to the Quandamooka People of North Stradbroke Island and is an intellectual property lawyer dedicated to promoting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander rights across all industries.
In 2022 Stephanie co-founded Parallax Legal to focus on advocacy and assist a range of clients in the areas of Intellectual property, Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property, native title, cultural heritage, protocols and governance.
Stephanie is the Chair of the Indigenous Art Code, a national code of conduct aimed at fair and ethical trade between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists and those who wish to sell or license their works.
